Like others here; Discsunlimited (still) needs to fix their online ordering system. After a week of not getting the discs I ordered I went back to check the order and status. Then I read about what to do if I didn't get a reply for my order. I got a reply 24hrs later. No real customer service in the email either. No 'sorry' or any show of trying to make it right, maybe by upgrading shipping. Either way, I'll only buy from here if they have a rare disc or something.
They are super nice over the phone, but someone needs to follow up on incomplete orders or at the very least clarify what is needed. I placed an order over the phone because their website was not working at the end of August. I was send an invoice and they requested a PO number, which I gave them. When I had not heard back from them for over a month, I reached out and was told they were waiting for a copy of the PO. I was never told they needed a copy of the PO.
