Absolutely excellent service - thank you!! I had a little payment drama and the team were so supportive and helpful (all sorted before I left). Process was efficient and painless, David talked through what was what the whole time, and offered helpful follow on advice. Professional, capable service for your hearing carried out in a very pleasant environment by a very competent person. I had wax removed, which had been there since I was born probably, and the hearing test, which can be used to benchmark my hearing going forward, for £55. Thoroughly recommend this business if you have had hearing issues, or indeed if you haven’t.

I visited Discretion Hearing in Wesley street, Southport a few weeks ago for ear wax removal following a botched job by somebody else and am so pleased to have found it. The premises are clean and inviting and the staff helpful and friendly. The Audiologist explained things as he was proceeding and there was a screen for me to watch what he was doing if I so wished. The procedure was quick and painless and now that I have found it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.
Was experiencing a blocked ear for the last few months. Went to my gp practice and confirmed my left ear was occluded with wax. I was referred to ent for microsuctioning but looking a few days later at average waiting times this could be 12 weeks or longer. I couldn't stand the loss of hearing this long and dizziness.
