Can’t thank David and Sharon enough! Absolutely amazing service! Highly recommend this clinic! My son Jonathan, who is severly autistic, had previously attended two NHS appointments, following his GP referral, for irrigation at Churchtown Clinic and attended one for suction at SDGH when the first clinic appointment failed due to lack of appointment time, unpreparedness and dismissiveness due to the nature of his disability. If you have a hearing problem and live in Southport or nearby you will receive, as I have, a first class service from David and his team. Everyone provides a friendly, efficient service from the reception team through to David himself. In a world becoming dominated by technology it's wonderful to deal with a company who haven't forgotten what good old fashioned customer service is like. Many thanks David to you and all your staff
Absolutely excellent service - thank you!! I had a little payment drama and the team were so supportive and helpful (all sorted before I left). Process was efficient and painless, David talked through what was what the whole time, and offered helpful follow on advice. Turns out we've used David before, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and use him again in the future. Thank you to the whole team, 5 stars.
Professional, capable service for your hearing carried out in a very pleasant environment by a very competent person. I had wax removed, which had been there since I was born probably, and the hearing test, which can be used to benchmark my hearing going forward, for £55. Thoroughly recommend this business if you have had hearing issues, or indeed if you haven’t.
