My family were becoming concerned about my repeatedly asking them to repeat what they had just said. I cannot recommend the services of David and Sharon enough. They look after my elderly Mum’s hearing and go over and above to ensure she is happy. We have used them for wax removal for both my parents and purchased hearing aids. Excellent and personal service !

My son Jonathan, who is severly autistic, had previously attended two NHS appointments, following his GP referral, for irrigation at Churchtown Clinic and attended one for suction at SDGH when the first clinic appointment failed due to lack of appointment time, unpreparedness and dismissiveness due to the nature of his disability. If you have a hearing problem and live in Southport or nearby you will receive, as I have, a first class service from David and his team. Everyone provides a friendly, efficient service from the reception team through to David himself. In a world becoming dominated by technology it's wonderful to deal with a company who haven't forgotten what good old fashioned customer service is like. Many thanks David to you and all your staff
Absolutely excellent service - thank you!! I had a little payment drama and the team were so supportive and helpful (all sorted before I left). Process was efficient and painless, David talked through what was what the whole time, and offered helpful follow on advice.
