Toured this facility. So glad I ended up deciding against it, after witnessing the field trip to the splash pad, the lead teacher screamed in a child's face "what is wrong with you?" Very off putting. Update to response: I wish I would have photo documented the 2 busses with Discovery Point on the side and remember the name of the child who's personal boundaries were violated. disappointed with how our situation was handled. We paid a $150 enrollment fee and $375 for the first week of car totaling out to $525. Shortly after paying, we found out that my wife had been let go from her job, so we obviously no longer needed childcare. I understand that the $150 enrollment fee may be nonrefundable, even though we never ended up using the services. What I don’t understand is why we couldn’t receive a refund for the $325 first week of care when no care was provided and we gave more than a week’s notice. F... read more
