Was going to enroll my daughter for transportation good thing we decided to go with another company this was not a professional experience who would entrust their children. To non professional people this is why a lot a small black owned business owners don’t make it due to the lack of timely responses this was a very bad experience for us and under no circumstances would I consider ever doing business with the people

I have reached out to this company multiple times. I have left voicemails, sent text messages and emails regarding money that is owed to me. It’s poor business. You can’t keep people’s money for services not rendered.

I would suggest anyone looking for child transportation to look elsewhere. This organization, and in particular its owner Niya, are not reputable at all. They start out very polite and prompt, but when you start to inquire about background checks, driving records, ensuring child safety and who exactly is doing the driving that polite and prompt responsiveness goes out the window.
