Took my working scooter in for a tyre replacement they charged me a 175 bucks which is a crazy amount when the tyre and tube only cost like 50 bucks and when I went to pick up my scooter it didn’t even work it wouldn’t throttle when it was working fine when I brang it in never bringing it back.
Best, most helpful and knowledgeable bike shop in cairns. Super friendly and know their stuff. Helped us out with some race repairs and even loaned us a part on short notice. Owner and his team are really committed bike people. Went out of their way, even though we were from out of town.
Terrible customer service. I came in looking for a few items and the only customer service provided was a small child who definitely had no business or knowledge of the store.
The Guys helped me out big time. Can’t thank them enough for their efforts. If you need a good bike shop these guys are it.
