Fantastic Service! We travelled up from Rockhampton in Central Queensland for a holiday. We hired 2 x E-Bikes for the day to explore the MTB trails. Location was nice and close to the trails, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on navigating the park. The online booking system was very easy to use with the pick up and drop off an absolute breeze. The bikes were in excellent condition, ready and setup for us upon arrival. We will definitely drop in again on our next visit.
We were visiting from out of state and hired some bikes for a day. Mark went over and above for us. Is very knowledgeable of the area and extremely helpful (Josh and jai)

Took my working scooter in for a tyre replacement they charged me a 175 bucks which is a crazy amount when the tyre and tube only cost like 50 bucks and when I went to pick up my scooter it didn’t even work it wouldn’t throttle when it was working fine when I brang it in never bringing it back.
Best, most helpful and knowledgeable bike shop in cairns. Super friendly and know their stuff. Helped us out with some race repairs and even loaned us a part on short notice. Owner and his team are really committed bike people. Went out of their way, even though we were from out of town.
