The store is large, clothes are trendy and priced nicely. But I stood in line 20 minutes!! Terrible!!!
Terrible customer service!!! The store manger KAREN and cashier, CYNTHIA were very rude and inconsiderate when I wanted to make a simple exchange. Many items in the store are damaged, torn or worn. I purchased a shirt with deodorant stains because I was pressed for time and it was the only one in my size. I was simply going to wipe the stain clean with a wet cloth before wearing it. Later that day, plans changed and I no longer needed the shirt. I wanted to buy other items that would total much more than the price of the shi... read more
The service here is bad. Returning is the worst because they always act like u wore it and make you feel bad about returning it. There are no dressing rooms which I understand keeps the prices reasonable. Still when items are sold in poor condition they may look that way upon return as well. The staff could loose the attitude and treat customers with more respect. I'm not sure I even what to shop here anymore. This place has good prices and some cute things but service is bad,especially if you try to return things. You are not allowed to try on so returning probably happens often. I get that this policy keeps prices lower but they give you such a hard time when returning. It has to be in immaculate conditon even when most of the stuff is sold in a state of poor condition. if you are looking for an outfit to wear to a club tonight, and have 20-30 bucks to spend... this is the place for you. This is not a place to find "classic" or durable pieces. but if you want a cute outfit, sunglasses, jewelry (for the night or, if you're lucky, it might last a few weeks)or even lingerie, this is a cheap, spot with a lot of options. Under size 13, that is.
