If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I work at an autism behavioral health center for children, and Discover Ride does good for a week or two with my kids who have a consistent ride pick up, but then suddenly they don’t get picked up until 30 minutes after their pick up time… then it’s 45 minutes after their pickup time… We’ve had this problem for a long time. At first I complained because my son's route was longer and they were late.. but then I tried switching transportation companies and realized how great these guys are! Other companies won't even pick up your phone call with your special needs child in route but not this company.. they ALWAYS have someone answering calls or texts! And they send you confirmation links with tracking, it makes me feel so much more at ease when my child can't talk. And the drivers care, my son gets so happy seeing them! My son has only been riding with them 3 days and I already had to call to get him switched to another company for transportation because it’s so bad! I should’ve looked at these reviews first.

Driving towards Minneapolis on 77 near Mall of America and Airport 8:04PM ish, Blue Discover Ride Minivan cut me off and braked nearly causing a crash! A few moments later I go to pass her and see her talking on the phone!! Outrageous, something needs to be done about the drivers or company. Not safe at all.

Was in a double turn lane. Driver turned into the wrong lane cutting me off. Did not use turn signals on freeway or while exiting.
