This company’s customer service is all over the place. First I get an unauthorized payment get taken out of my account, I reach out talk to someone named Alexis who tells me they can aid me with a refund of one of these payments since I did not authorize it , after I was connected to another agent named Davon who completely had no will to help and kept denying my claims and blaming me for my situation . I was trying to get pre approved with a CS of 729 they ran my credit brought it down 9 points to not be approved this is a SCAM!!!!!!
Well they said I was pre qualified for a discover card my credit score shows that my payment history is amazing so I fill out the application and bam I get denied so my credit score gets a knock in the head because they lied they are absolutely percent full of it Thanks discover for making believe in your organization and then slap me in the face !!!!!!!!!!!
