I was a regular, I won't be returning and my family won't be as well. If you require the packaging and receipt for your products to be returned when defective that should be disclosed. I have been told keep your receipt since the store opened. Not once the package. $50 plus gone now.
Bought 2 ounces last visit. When checking my credit card they billed me 203.xx for first ounce and 103.xx for second ounce (bought the same ounce twice) as they do it in seperate transactions. Both hard copies of the receipts said 103.xx on them so how did they take 203.xx on one of the transactions and that charge showed up on my credit as 203.xx not matching the receipt.
