Had to pick up a U-Haul truck from this location. The owner was rude and disrespectful, and even humiliating. A task that was pre-booked and should have taken 10 minutes, took us over an hour, letting us feel as if we should be grateful to even have any attention. I will never use this facility again, and encourage you to find a different location if possible.
