We love to buy our equipment from Charney, first because they have a great selection and give advice that is custom tailored to your needs. Most of all though it’s the friendly customer service, that makes this company stand out, especially the helpfulness, attentiveness and efficiency of Daniel and his delivery team. I would have to say that I am quite disappointed with the customer service at this location. The location does have a great selection but when purchasing commercial equipment I found that I had to price check online to make sure I was getting a competitive price and my follow up concerns took a lot of calls to get addressed. I hoped that a physical store location would have better customer service than the online websites with cheaper prices but right now I am not sure it does.
