I had a great experience here. Joe, the mechanic who worked on my car, was honest and very helpful. He took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and explained what needed to be fixed now versus what could wait. I was a little short on cash, and I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to do everything at once. Ashley and Joe are the best. Rohrman Kia misdiagnosed the problem and wanted to charge me $4000. I spoke with Ashley and got a quote of $1600 for the same work. They properly diagnosed what was wrong and the final fix was $600. It's refreshing to find service people who know what they are doing and don't take advantage of you. Best job!

Amazing service! Called to get some info and they were able to get me in very quick. I dropped off my car in the morning before they opened (they have a key drop off slot). Within a couple hours Ashley called, told me the issue, quoted repair costs & approximately how long it would take. Price was very reasonable! My car was done by the afternoon. Ashley was very helpful during the process & the service techs were quick & efficient. Definitely will be back if I have any other issues, thank you!
