About 2 weeks ago, after not receiving any assistance from the company, Drive Medical Wheelchairs, I took my husband’s newish wheelchair to Discount Mobility to tighten up the arm rests which were constantly loosening. I had no idea the extent of the repairs the wheelchair needed. I believe every screw needed tightening, even the wheels which I had no idea they were loose. Within 10 minutes Daniel had me on my way back home with a smile and satisfaction that I found a reliable business to fix the wheelchair. Thanks Daniel.
This review is based on my opinion and documented facts. I recently purchased a power wheel chair from Discount Mobility. The chair did not match as advertised so it was going to be returned. Discount Mobility was just the middle man and collected the commission ln return for servicing the chair if needed..
