I got a rental from this company payed by my insurance. -This place is hard to find. -The lady (short hair) was very rude, telling me that she doesn't know what I want since she didn't get informed by her colleague. Why is it my problem if the internal communication doesn't work? -I had to sign the check-list before I could even check the car for scratches or dents! -The fuel tank was empty!
