We had such a great experience at Discount Furniture Center. Vanessa was very friendly and helpful. Vanessa took the time to show us many different pieces of furniture until we found our favorites. I've shopped at Discount Furniture Center for years. I love the professionalism of the staff and owner. Over the years I've bought bedroom sets, bunkbeds, washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, sectionals, living room set, recliners, electronics, jewelry, etc!!! All Discount Furniture Center (South Hill) personnel were extremely professional. I want to especially mention how helpful Vanessa Spates is and continues to be from the first time we met her to months later when we worked with her to furnish our future new home. Our furniture is currently in Discount Furniture Center’s storage awaiting our house to be complete. We will be using Discount furniture in the future for additional purchases once our house is complete. Thanks again Vanessa
Vanessa was extremely helpful and friendly but most of all she was genuine. Such an easy experience! She was kind and patient while I went back and forth explaining what I was looking for.I would highly recommend stopping by and asking for Vanessa for any of your furniture shopping needs!
Everyone from the discount furniture center were very pleasant, furniture was of quality construction and delivery was fast and professional. All in all I had a very pleasant experience I would recommend anyone who's looking to upgrade or revamping their home to stop buy and just take a look you won't be disappointed.I would like to thank the staff for everything you guys did for me and Mr James Brown for going above and beyond to help me get settled in down here in Virginia I appreciate all of you again Thank you.
