People work and run late get in a hurry to get there before you close up @5p and guess what you close early
The manager would rather argue with you than admit a mistake. So that ruined their customer service. I called them back to point out the mistake and after calling my doctor’s nurse 2 times, they have it corrected but still no apology. I told the manager I will take my business elsewhere and she said that’s fine. Never ever will return to a pharmacy that will not admit a mistake.
Employees are amazing! They know most customers by name & when there is a line, they page for another cashier. They have an incredible amount of stock & if you want something special they will locate it from another store & you'll have it within a week. This is an Ohio only store that is employee owned. They even gave everyone an increase in wage to match the upcoming increase of minimum wage a year before Ohio made this change. An incredible place to shop & incredible place to work. This place is horrible... I went in left a prescription to be filled. When I went back to retrieve it they seemed surprised that I expected them to do that. So I have not been back....
