I will never go to this place again. What is the point of being a check cashing place if you don’t cash people checks. I went in there with a 269 dollar check and they would not cash it because they said I could have mobile deposited and then came there to cash it. I have no record I’m not a thief and for 269 they really think I’m going to try and cash it twice. So disappointed. Also when you do a mobile deposit which I ended up doing after. Man real not cash my check he would not even verify it did not even call the phone number on the check
Usually the service is great and I have no problems but today when I came to cash in I was giving the check back (too busy talking to each other) with no explanation!!! I had to ask why and she stated why. My problem was I come in every month and do the same transaction the same exact way like I usually do, so what was different today?
