Called these guys to rent van in Waterloo to drop in Port Elgin-Southampton-Sauble beach area. They said they would call me back with location and did not return my call. I followed up late the next day and they said there is no where to return vehicle up that way. Asked what the closest drop off area would be and they said no-one rents going up that way. No one?? In cottage country? You can't answer the closest area?? Terrible serve.

RE: DISCOUNT CAR & TRUCK RENTAL - PORT ELGIN/SAUGEEN SHORES So the Port Elgin/Saugeen Shores branch of Discount Car & Truck Rentals cancelled my reservation ON THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP THE CAR!! They claimed that whomever had the car they were going to rent to me decided not to return it to them. They did not have another car available.
