Staff is unprofessional. They give different quotes depending on who’s there. None of the staff is on the same page or even know whats going on. Cars are out dated and dont have heat or a/c. Youre better off going to luxe rentals or premium car rentals. Theyre disrespectful close anytime they feel like and will charge you for having the car an extra day when you try to return the car but nobody answers the phones or is in the building when you try to return it at 1 pm (the time they tell you to return the car) 0/10 would rec... read more

The only good thing about this place is that all other car rentals are shut on Saturday afternoon. The car was absolutely unsafe. It shook when you drove. A yellow ! was on the whole time and we called and they “thought”maybe it was the sensor for the tires. The front tires had no tread which was probably why the ! was on and the car was shaking. Worst of all the headlights were really dim and we couldn’t see 3 feet in front of us unless there were other cars around us or we put on the high beams. There was no book to explai... read more
