So I called 24 hours in advance to get a ride from discount cab- now known as total ride. A ride from my house to the airport. They booked the ride then sent me an email to confirm the booking. So the morning I was suppose to get picked up to go to the airport they called and said they didn’t have a cab to take me to catch my flight out of state. They are all robbers! Stealing from every tax payer for rides they do not do for AHCCCS. they just do not show up and all the Doctors are getting fed up with them also! Making it hard for the customers that have to pay the price, be robbed items stolen and then not letting wheelchairs out at there place unless they pay the drivers more cash!

Worst company ever! $9.80 for a 1 mile ride. Will never use again. Driver pulled up to my house and the meter read $5.20 as I was pulling out the money it jumped to $9.80. They are a ripe off and scam people.
I ordered a cab Wednesday afternoon for Thursday. I received a text back. At l:00 Thursday afternoon it hadn't shown (I was waiting outside) I called them and was told the cab had come and gone. It couldn't have happened. I told Vicky the dispatcher that I had been outside. I was told that the wait could be 30 min for another cab. This has happened twice. Ugly service.
it's pretty sad when a woman tries to get a cab at 11 at night and it's two in the morning has to call another company because Discount Cab doesn't show up in 3 hours

This was the worst experience I've ever had and that was just dealing with the rude dispatcher, who insisted my address wasn't findable or real. She had no customer service skills at all to the point i wanted to speak to a supervisor. It's no wonder the cab companies are losing buisness, not just is the customer service lacking but so is their availability to navigate the city, and not to mention the outrageous fares
