I gave them my battery to charge , which I purchased new from them 2 years ago and it got very little use. I did charge it periodically but it wouldn’t keep a charge. So I called them and they said bring it in and we will charge it for you. So I did . A few days later I called to see if they had charged it and they said it was no longer any good ..
