I came in to sell my old Gameboy Color games, including three original Pokemon games that worked but didn't save properly. I was helped by Chris, who was very kind and knowledgable. As he and I talked about playing Pokemon and I mentioned out loud about my current ones not saving, another employee Janeane spoke up and suggested I try a different, independent game story that does save battery replacement. Chris allowed me to take back my Pokemon games and I was able to get new batteries and get to play my favorite games!! A d... read more
