just left this store and found out they scammed us. We brought in 3 items, but they only paid us for 2. That means they kept one of our items without giving us anything for it. This is dishonest and unacceptable. Do NOT sell your things here — you’re better off going to a pawn shop where you’ll at least be treated fairly.
I love going here ! It’s nice to have a place to shop older games. I love the employees they are always so kind and the products have always been good ! Coming back from my current 5 star review just to say the staff is phenomenal! I was looking into buying singles for Pokemon and noticed some of the prices were older. I asked and they looked into it and updated the market price on the singles I was buying! Other places I’d feel resistance from staff on pricing but here the staff is completely reasonable.
