Quick very efficient service. Knew immediately what was required to mend the portal on an elderly ipad and mended it. Very knowledgeable on all things I.T.
I was very impressed with disc depot for the fast same day service and reliable repair, my computer had a number of issues and the repairs were carried out without any attempt to upsell that I have experienced with other repair shops, I will definitely be using them for all my future repairs.

Took MAC book. Kept it for 3 days not being able to say what is the problem. (Promised 24 hours). Had issues with log in and I had to google for them how to log in and instruct them! Then they asked for a charger. I have respectably asked if they are experienced in working with MAC, as it concerned me that they were unable to log in and don’t have chargers (what if someone comes with charger issue?) after which they got OFFENDED and refused to repair the MAC. waste of time.
