I got my tattoo removed with Disappearing inc. back in 2013 and had a great experience with the owner, Rob Harris! I had an unprofessional tattoo that was relatively simple to remove. The after photo is after a few months of sun so my skin color looks a bit tanner. A few years later, I was looking for a job in the metro west area of MA and they hired me! Amazing experience!! This place is super cute and extremely clean, I felt so comfortable. Today was my first session for removal. I have 4 tattoos I'm taking off. Norela was the laser tech and she was so helpful. She spent the first 30 minutes explaining everything to me. The process itself is fast. Each tattoo took like 20 seconds. No pain either. I wish I would have stated this process sooner!!
I've had several sessions with Rob and I have to say I'm 100% satisfied with the service. He gave me a very thorough breakdown of the laser removal process during my 1st session. He gave me realistic expectations on the removal based on my skin tone and I left leaving impressed with how much knowledge he has and how easy he broke down the process for me in a simplified manner. The staff was very pleasant and professional, I was walked through all the steps the process would take and any questions or concerns I had were addressed thoroughly! I'm just starting the process so I can't speak to results but it sounds like a clear and well walked path that'll simply take time.
I highly recommend Disappearing Inc. Sara and Rob (the folks I interacted with most) are delightful. Rob communicates clearly and kindly about what tattoo removal entails and what to expect re:pain, healing, aftercare, etc. The process was made as comfortable as possible and I am pleased with my results.
