I have had a terrible experience at this office. The fellow veterans there were more concerned with me signing up to donate for their next vacation trip together than they were to help me with sending in a claim. Your better off paying a firm to help you and pay for their services than you are going to an office like this that is filled with selfish, disingenuous, deceitful, and dishonorable veterans who don't care about anyone but themselves.

I understand what they’re trying to do.. but they’ve made this process far longer and more difficult than it needs to be with their limited understanding of documents/signatures required.
