These people are amazing and really go above and beyond to help out! Update 2022-03-09: I don't know what happened, but right in the middle of handling/assisting me with over half a dozen crucial matters, the advocate working with me began being incredibly unprofessional, unreliable, and irresponsible in my opinion, as he continued to set appointments with me each week that he was habitually late for or even missed entirely, at times not even cancelling them with me or notifying me he was running late.
