I believe this place should be looked into for neglect and taking advantage of federal funding. Within almost 3 yrs I have called them numerous times regarding my case. When calling them they did not return my multiple calls until a year later. When telling them my issue. They told me to call them back to hear what the other party said. 3 days later I called, no answer, no reply. I have called about 4 times now within the last 5 months. Completely unresponsive .
Great Customer Service ‼️ They are very resourceful and go out of their way to help you with as many solutions as possible . It’s not chaotic in their office surprisingly. I’ve had to go in there about three times in the last 8 years or so and it’s never been chaotic or hours of waiting😊Just make sure you go to the correct office when you google their location😉
