They are very patriotic. Very steeped in US tradition of using large dogs to terrorize poc and prevent us from accessing services. They repeatedly subjected me to a large, uncollared vicious dog breed despite asking them to please don't. I'm a dog attack survivor. I believe this place should be looked into for neglect and taking advantage of federal funding. Within almost 3 yrs I have called them numerous times regarding my case. When calling them they did not return my multiple calls until a year later. When telling them my issue. They told me to call them back to hear what the other party said. 3 days later I called, no answer, no reply. I have called about 4 times now within the last 5 months.
