The service was great. They took my case on with no problem. They went in and got the job done. Charity turner was great. She stayed on top of it. She made me feel comfortable speaking with her. She told me what to expect and she was the one that share the good news with me Great law firm.
I could not have won without them. If I could decide who at their company got what percentage of the money I paid them I would give 70% to the receptionist 30% to the lawyer. The receptionist was so useful and knowledgeable. Every time I called in for help I just spoke to her never a case manager and she always answered my questions correctly and with patients and care. They helped me win my case! They were also very kind and walked me through each step. I felt like I was in really good hands. They did so much of the work that I was incapable of doing. Though patience was required, we ended up with a TON of back-pay, even after the lawyers took their portion. Would highly recommend. I am forever grateful. Overall the staff is super friendly and very helpfull..I will admit they get a little Busy and thats expected ..I spoke with a lady named Luna that was kind and caring and took the time to explain everything to me..She is going above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of for me..I appreciate the kind words and quick response it matters to me..Thank you for time and service.
