Disability help group team has great customer service, they answer phone calls promptly and if a message is left one will get a return call the same day or next. They also took the time to explain the process. Additionally they take care of collecting all medical records. We are very grateful for winning my son’s disability case. I do wish they could help with appeals though
Absolutely the worst experience, I was finally awarded my SSDI, but this so called “help group” did nothing to help, they made me jump through hoops to get useless information, sent me forms to have Doctors fill out, who told me, we don’t fill those forms out, one of my Dr.s told me “these Lawyers know better, and if they needed anything, they are to come directly to us”. So needless to say, they got a nice chunk of my money for doing nothing for me, I feel duped, never spoke to the same person twice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The service was great. They took my case on with no problem. They went in and got the job done. Charity turner was great. She stayed on top of it. She made me feel comfortable speaking with her. She told me what to expect and she was the one that share the good news with me Great law firm.
Overall the staff is super friendly and very helpfull..I will admit they get a little Busy and thats expected ..I spoke with a lady named Luna that was kind and caring and took the time to explain everything to me..She is going above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of for me..I appreciate the kind words and quick response it matters to me..Thank you for time and service.
