I was expecting so much more from the experience. What we experienced was a clerk who may or may not have been in "go home" mode. The first words were "we are out of.." Then, when we asked about a shake, the machine was broken. I felt like he didn't want to really do anything extra that may mess up his obvious closing routine, and it wasn't like we arrived at closing. This was a good 45 minutes prior. The cookies themselves were okay - not as sweet as some but not as good as others.
First time trying this place and it didn’t disappoint. It had a great atmosphere and good service. I went with my dad and I got the reverse cookie which is a peanut butter cookie with a fudge filling. My dad got the exact opposite, a chocolate cookie with a peanut butter filling, I can’t remember what it was called but both were super tasty. They cookies were big and filling and really soft. I will be back.
Listen, crumbl has nothing on Dirty Dough. These cookies were so good!! I love that the specialty cookies and OG cookies cost the same in a box. Each cookie had flavor, not just the sweetness of sugar. Some of the cookies were filled, which was delicious. Great customer service and friendly staff.
Absolutely wonderful, I'm sad that the ice cream selection is small for their cookie milkshakes, but the service makes up for it! Highly recommended.
