Dirt Works is an independent bike shop, rider owned and driven by a passion for cycling. We are a dealer and demo centre for Pivot and Santa Cruz bicycles. Dirt Works also carries good stock of parts and upgrades that we believe in. Our workshop on site is open plan, allowing customers to see what is happening to their bicycles. The workshop is tooled to a very high standard and carries a lot of certification.

Tremendously helpful. Incredibly knowledgeable. Super honest. Second to none. Matt is clearly very respected by those that are really 'into' their bikes but that doesn't mean he hasn't got the time for those that are less knowledgeable but respect an honest opinion and remarkable customer service (like me!). Plenty of local (non-biking) businesses could learn a 'shed-load' from Dirtworks. I'll be back!
The best independent bike shop, wouldn’t let anyone else work on our bikes! These guys are always friendly and happy to help - including emergency repairs to get my bike rolling again so I didn’t miss out on my evening ride! Can’t recommend enough!
Professional and fast service. Great customer service and regular updates. Definitely the best place in Worcestershire for all your parts and fixes. Highly recommend. I’ve had trouble at multiple bike shops taking too long or being too expensive or trying to rip me off but this is definitely the most clued up and professional business in the whole of Malvern and Worcester. 11/10
Amazing customer service every time something is needed on my bike always goes above and beyond! Dirtworks and the Team are the best out there!
Great shop and the owner is a really nice guy.... super helpful and knowledgeable. He's great with my young lad too, making him really welcome in the shop. Took my new custom built Kona in with a small brake problem... Brakes are now incredible, but also they tweaked the suspension, and tyre pressures relevant to my weight, and gave the bike the once over. My lad also got to delve into the sticker collection.... nice!! Great shop.
