Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable team who can help you out whether your bike is high-end, modest, or becoming retro (like mine...).
Tremendously helpful. Incredibly knowledgeable. Super honest. Second to none. Matt is clearly very respected by those that are really 'into' their bikes but that doesn't mean he hasn't got the time for those that are less knowledgeable but respect an honest opinion and remarkable customer service (like me!). Plenty of local (non-biking) businesses could learn a 'shed-load' from Dirtworks. I'll be back!
The best independent bike shop, wouldn’t let anyone else work on our bikes! These guys are always friendly and happy to help - including emergency repairs to get my bike rolling again so I didn’t miss out on my evening ride! Can’t recommend enough!
Professional and fast service. Great customer service and regular updates. Definitely the best place in Worcestershire for all your parts and fixes. Highly recommend. I’ve had trouble at multiple bike shops taking too long or being too expensive or trying to rip me off but this is definitely the most clued up and professional business in the whole of Malvern and Worcester. 11/10
