5-star’s! 1st time on a e-bike and I rented a Levo 4 and Levo R from Dirt Rooster. Staff was helpful setting both bikes up for us, price was perfect for me, and an overall great experience at the shop. As for the bikes, we did +15miles, hit multiple flow trails, “skills” areas, and lots of trails and both bikes were flawless!
Overall friendly and well knowledgeable staff with reasonable and transparent pricing. Had a repair that quickly became past the point of the repair making sense, but didn't push me to buying new. They were more than happy to entertain all my questions and guide me through the buying process and I ultimately ended up extremely happy and satisfied with the process.
I rented an eMTB from Dirt Rooster to take to Bike Bash WV for the weekend. Unfortunately the front brake started acting up on the very first ride. Thing is, the bike reported less than 100 miles on it! These things can happen, what I didn't expect is Julian went above and beyond. He somehow found people out by me to sort out the problem. I got my brakes bled and back on the trails in no time. That was some over the top support! Thank you guys, really saved the day :D
