We used Dirk for our large family reunion photos and he was great! Very patient with all of the kids running around and the final shot turned out looking very nice. When I ordered a hard copy, it was damaged by glue from the cardboard frame that it comes shipped with. Dirk sent out a new copy right away when I let him know about my issue.
