I left Maine Community Bank because of over protective fraud protection and I had the same problem with Dirigo. But Dirigo didn't even try to help and they were happy to see me go. How am I supposed to use my checking if EVERY purchase gets flagged for fraud? I didn't even receive the text prompt to authorize the transaction. Institutions seem to be forgetting it's the customer funding your bank so I don't expect to be treated second rate even if I'm near the poverty line.
