As I now see several other poor reviews regarding customer service from the loan department/loan officers I can say the same! Numerous calls, emails, voicemails no response or simply I'll call you back and they never do. I am in the process of switching banks now I will never use this bank for anything at all again.
They're an okay bank but THEIR ATMS NEVER WORK
Opend an account here all for a first time car buyer for wife and they refused to make her an appoint ment in person said she needes to go on line and ask for one. Then never contacted us after fill online aplication untill we called twice. Then after all thaat denied me only after leaving me a message and making me drive in wast my time. We will close our account dont try to use thus credit union to build first time credt. Trash service.
