I was with them since 2020 and they didn't help my credit at all I had the lady tellers misplaced 1000+ dollars of mine between Auburn and Lewiston, the last straw is because I have block so if I don't have correct amount I get declined after I cought the lady teller attempting to misplaced 1000$ transaction, my account comes up negative 161$ with the block so I was forced to pay it in full they refused to set me up payment plan, and they still sent it to collections after I paid in full and closed my account, they don't off... read more

Lewiston has good people/this branch has good customers! A handicapped gentleman was sitting and the 3 people in front of me agreed to let him go next. I live in Tampa and you don't see that often. ***also this is the highest tech experience I've ever had in a shared branching experience. I didn't have to fill out a single piece of paper!
