Has Your Auto-Pay Mortgage Payment Benn Made this Month? We refinanced our houses with Directors Mortgage on two occasions. Everything went well; we were satisfied. In a third instance, they promoted a new feature that they said would be the same a lowering our negotiated interest rate. This consisted of routing our mortgage payment through an intermediary bank.
