Our experience with Directive has been challenging. They bill themselves as experts, but we've been left feeling like they are learning along with my team. We essentially pay for very little results and have to constantly babysit and cajole our account team to hone our campaigns to deliver. I would steer clear of this company. They over promised and undelivered. Waste of time and money.
