I got my first checking account when I was 15 and have had it ever since. I love Directions, especially this location specifically. Unless it’s like a withdrawal from the ATM I typically go out of my way to come to this location. Lisa is the best! Great service and banking. I think my favorite thing is if a charge looks suspicious they text me to confirm whether it’s me or not before even processing it.
Been banking with Directions since education plus transitioned over. They made the transition process simple and easy. I use them for loans and checking and savings accounts. As well as credit accounts. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
Gets worse every time I come here. Walked in to hear the ladies at the front desk talking about sex. Like anyone really wants to hear that. So glad I started using Huntington the service is wayyyy better
The tellers always take care of me. Thank you again for the great service.
