I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the Madison branch of Directions Credit Union. They always make handling transactions quick and easy, and I never feel rushed or confused about what’s going on. Everything is done smoothly, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Big shout-out to Kallista for being such an awesome teller! She’s always kind, patient, and ready to answer any questions. It’s nice walking into a place where you feel welcomed and taken care of. Easy to get, hard to get out. They hold up your car title. Takes many calls to get it. When you want a payoff, you have to jump through hoops to get one. And when you need it to sell your car, they do not get back to you. On the second day of waiting. Salesman has to go there and try to get the payoff. Not a good place for a car loan. Stay away from them.
