I'm a disabled veteran, and when I walked in... they all looked at me like; "What is this bum doing in here?" When I asked but only two questions, they acted like this place is above you, we're too good to be taking your questions. I thought this kind of unprofessional behavior went out with judging the book by its cover in the late 50's early 60's??? I guess not in Willard, Ohio at Directions Credit Union. I have had problems with access to my funds from time to time. Especially around tax time. Makes me think someone is investing the millions that folks lose access to in a short term investments. NO OTHER BANK DOES THIS! For yrs I had a problem with Bill Pay. That's recently been cleared up for now anyway. My problem is it's convenient to where I live although I'm a trucker and I'm not home alot.
