Great staff
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the gets the job done!
Amazing customer service every visit. I wish they had at least one night a week where they stayed open later for those of us who work the traditional 9-5 hours as well.
I have banked with Directions (previously Empire) for nearly 40 years. For all of my banking needs, ie past loans, questions regarding scams, any and all banking questions, I directly reach out to Jen Jones and she always answers or returns promptly, provides valuable information. Jen never fails to address our banking matters with profound dignity and respect.
