This bank branch is amazing and they are always willing to go above and beyond for their patrons. Kaitlin is amazing and has helped me so much in the past and definitely deserves a raise! You wont regret choosing them as your bank!! 10/10
I'm a disabled veteran, and when I walked in... they all looked at me like; "What is this bum doing in here?" When I asked but only two questions, they acted like this place is above you, we're too good to be taking your questions. I thought this kind of unprofessional behavior went out with judging the book by its cover in the late 50's early 60's??? I guess not in Willard, Ohio at Directions Credit Union.
