Tina was a great person to help open an account for me. She was very kind and patient with us. She held conversation very well and made our experience great. The cards were taking a little longer than expected so she offered us donuts for the wait and was very kind the whole time. I appreciate everything she did!
Maumee location. I typically use the ATM only. Tried to cash IRS refund check with two party endorsement in my account. I was told three times that’s a violation of FEDERAL LAW. It is not. It is an individual bank rule. Went to another credit union who cashed the check in wife’s account. Brought a cashiers check BACK to DCU and they say it won’t clear for NINE DAYS because “this isn’t like the olden days”.
