We got Appliance Set (Fridge, Range Oven, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer) for our new home from here. We got our order on the vary date we were estimated. If you know what you looking for visit this place before you buy from somewhere else, they will save you money. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and honest. Its an amazing place in Brampton they deal with everything from car tires to tiles to furniture to appliances to everything at great price.
I want to highlight fantastic service I received from Harpreet at the Toronto Northwest location. I had a very frustrating experience with a purchase (mostly my fault) to the point where I was going to discontinue my Direct Buy membership. Harpreet went over and above to solve my issue and communicated regularly with me to keep me updated. She solved the issue in a timely manner and I am pleased to say that I will continue to be a happy member of Direct Buy. Thank you Harpreet!
