Member since 2002. Love the staff in fort Worth. Penny and Sean are great. Got in when membership fee was reasonable. Have saved many times what the membership cost. If you're buying furniture, windows, roofing, flooring, cabinets, or remodeling anything in your home, you will almost certainly save a ton of money. If not, then it probably isn't worth it. Wouldn't even give them one star. But, I had to in order to post. If it went negative it would be negative 5. They RIPPED me off for 1000.00 dollars for the membership fee and then sent us on a wild goose chase. then refused to make it right. DON'T DO IT...... TURN AND RUN....
We have been members of Direct Buy for over 15 years. We have saved so much money buying furniture and other household items through them. We have been remodeling our home for the last couple of years and I am so glad that we kept our membership up even through years when we were not really using it much. I'm sure we have saved that fee that we paid 10x over. This service is not for people who do not spend much on their home. It definitely is worth it if you are doing refurnishing or remodeling regularly.
Great customer service. If you were a member of the Directbuy of Dallas, give these guys a shot. You will be impressed.
As an employee it is great to see how much our members save and how happy they are with the finished product of their new build or remodel. Members become like family to us and we enjoy the process of helping them with their big home projects or even when it is just a simple new toaster purchase. No matter the size of the purchase, the savings is there, and we as employees work hard to make sure every member is happy with that savings and the product.
