Horrible company with no respect for their carriers. Lied about appointment time multiple times which caused next load loss. Said that they made a mistake but the fact that we lost our next load is our fault. One of the worst interactions we had in awhile.
Newer, ever work with this broker, they newer ever think about the carriers, shame on you guys
Unreal how dumb these brokers are, as soon as the problem arises they rather hang up on you then try to resolve. It seems like they all straight off the loop
