I am writing regarding the payment issues and terms associated with MC 995495 Direct Traffic Solutions Ince out of Boca Raton, FL It took five months to receive payment for this load, and the final invoice was short-paid. Despite numerous attempts to contact accounts payable, my calls continue to be transferred to voicemail without resolution. Broker is very cheap and unprofessional. Ghosted me when I requested detention payment after my driver had to wait over 7 hours to get loaded. They also offered zero help when we were trying to get things figured out at the shipper. We worked with Efrain Martinez and team 91. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.
We booked a load on wednesday for friday pickup @5pm app, arrived @pickup @4:50 pm checked in and find out my load was picked up @12pm i tried to call them or email them no1 responded remember I drive over 110 miles to get to the shipper, please advise what to do
