Avoid Direct Traffic Solutions — Worst Broker Experience Ever This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a broker. I’m currently hauling a load for Direct Traffic Solutions and have been stuck in Florida for two days. The manager, Dave, and the broker, Rodney, are completely unresponsive — they are not answering calls or providing any help. Their lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. If you want to wait about 6 hrs at the facility and get nothing for that, this broker right what you need. They will tell you detention was denied and hang up the phone. THE END

Very bad broker to deal with they refuse to pay 6 hours detention after I kept calling them several for more than 18 days and broker call and say client declined the detention. He just keep the money on his pocket. Be careful with them

BEWARE!!! Very shady broker. Did everything right on a load from TX-OH had to get reworked and scaled multiple time. Place ended up closing and I had to wait until morning to get reworked again. All of a sudden everyone has amnesia about how detention works. Everyone on the phone is confused who actually does the work. I will be billing the shipper, these guys and the receiver and extra 400$.

We did a load for them from IL to FL. They took $100 off for non tracking. Driver was on track all the time, macropoint was working. When I was trying to find out why, they just ignored me, they were not replying to emails not picking up the phone. I would not recommend this broker.
