THE WARRANTIES AREN'T WHAT THEY CLAIM!!!!!!!! It's from manufacturing date, so my 3 year warranty is actually about 1.5 years. The batteries fail often. I have sent one in every single year for repair. This company is a scam! It took me 2+ weeks of working with their support to get an order for a drill press through. THEN they got the price wrong. THEN they got the price wrong again. They never fixed it. THEN the drill press was defective because the holes in the base weren't tapped, so there was no way to attach the column.... read more
Would not recommend. Prices slightly better than regular Home Depot prices. Worse than sale prices, and service is poor. Came back to exchange an untouched item that was instantly refused. Turns out I was one day late, but they refused it before I had the chance to show them the receipt and refused to make any concession(their right). I suspect they would have had another excuse not to exchange the item regardless since they refused immediately.
This is usually my favorite store at the mall, i love the products and the deals, however, I decided to stop by on Thursday interested at maybe getting a new tool box. I was greeted at the door, then the singing began. As I started looking at the drills the woman working there started singing Heart like a truck, so loud, and so off key, it hurt my ears. The further back I got in the store the louder she got. I decided shopping would not be worth it and left as she continued to “sing” louder and louder.
