This store is GREAT. That's not what I have an issue with. We spent nearly 30% of my honeymoon budget in that store...happily.... but to the company, when you have an issue that you want listened to, that means very little. It's the online store.... Very disrespectful behavior from the lady answering the phone, AND her lead, who says "I'm the highest you'll speak with," and basically take it or leave it. This is an amazing place to get amazing products at a reasonable price and the best thing is, you will not find customer service any where like you will receive here. The staff is amazing, Joe is by far the best!!!! You won't be disappointed.
