This is our favorite Direct Tools and we do not live local. The team at this Direct Tools is the best! Zack, Jessie and Thomas provide THE BEST customer service and will go out of their way to help you and make sure they find exactly what you need! They are our first stop when we arrive into town and we always look forward to seeing a familiar face who does not forget a customer!
