I will never again use this company for any of our organizational softball needs. I ordered 15 helmets with expedited shipping, the shipments came in 2 separate deliveries days apart in 8 boxes and all in all missing 1 helmet. I had opened the first four boxes where as they had 1 helmet in a big box, so I eliminated that box and now can get refunded because they want pictures from the product in each box. DON'T EVER GET RID OF YOUR BOXES UNTIL YOU HALL YOUR PRODUCT!!!!
Excellent company. We've purchased a couple of bats and catchers gear from them. Always quick shipping, fair prices, and excellent customer service. Surprised there was a 1-star review. Everyone knows the Ghosts are prone to breaking, unless you are brand new to the sport, and that Easton will honor the warranty within their guidelines. No retailer will honor a bat warranty. You have to deal with the manufacturer.
We go here for all our softball related needs! Prices are great, and the service is spectacular!
