Excellent physical therapist, and I have seen many! She has helped me & my daughter tremendously, and takes the time to understand what is really going on. Well worth a visit.
Cindy helped me with my issues of what I thought was vertigo. She did all the procedures necessary to come to the conclusion, I had crystals in my ears. She had shown me specific exercises to helps with the dizziness. In a short period of time, they went away. I have always had issues with my ears. I had surgery on them 3x as a child, so it wasn't a surprise to know it was caused by crystals. Cindy did a wonderful job with my therapy when I had my ACL surgery. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for therapy!
I searched for an independent Physical Therapist and found Cindy Lycans at Direct PT. I had problems with my left foot for about 3 years. Cindy evaluated me and we started my PT plan. Cindy spent time working on the exercises until I felt comfortable at each visit. She follows up and sent me the exercises to my email so I had directions how to do. I went to Cindy for Dizziness about a year ago and in one visit my dizziness was completely gone. I am so grateful for her. She spent so much time with me and made sure I understood everything she was doing and why she was doing it. She also gave me the information to take home so I could do it at home if I needed to.
